Prom Night Fist Fight: Love the name and the images.

Old school party flyers: So much work and passion have gone into these. You get the impression that whoever made them also loved the music.

London Transport Museum online poster collection: The Museum has reopened and on the new website you can now explore over 5,000 posters.

The Polaroid Kidd: I particularly like Boys and Girls of the Modern Railways. (Via Fine Little Day).

Animation Backgrounds: A blog dedicated to vintage animation backgrounds – read the introduction to understand how Rob Richards has worked to bring these images alive. (Via Drawn).

MWM Graphics: The Vectorfunk series are beautiful, vibrant and loud.

Ruins Safaris: An urban exploration photo set from Ruin Tourist on Flickr. I particularly like the empty kodak building and photographs found there.

Arcade Fire: Interactive music video for Neon Bible (via notcot.org). Arcade Fire can do no wrong.

Yokoespen: Yokoespen’s photo set – if it was a book I would buy it.

Cut out science illustrations: Not immune to colors by Airform Archives. A series of photos of the top scientists circa 1968 studying the immune system with fantastic cut out paper backgrounds.

Play-doh: Another great Sony Bravia advert. It took three weeks to make this stop-motion animation and 2.4 tonnes of plasticine.

Basil Spence: Slideshow of photographs from the Basil Spence Archive on wallpaper.com (via Sit down man, you’re a bloody tragedy). I knew nothing of Basil Spence until I found some of my Dad’s old architecture photos. There is a flickr group dedicated to the architect too.
